Do you like Kipling?

There are three days until NaNoWriMo, and I’m finding that I have nothing to do except comment on other blogs and wait for them to comment back. Needless to say, that’s pretty boring. Why do I have nothing to do? Because I’ve finished up almost everything for November. I finished up my family newsletter last Monday, I finished my story blog, The Fool of Koolbeneckerhoffen, by making the main character go vacationing in Siberia, and otherwise have nothing to do. So there’s nothing left. Now I’m just sitting around playing B– Tchaikovsky all day, or reading Kim, by Kipling. There’s a joke in our family that goes thus:

“Do you like Kipling?”

“I don’t know, I’ve never Kippled.”

Simple but silly. Just like my life.

  1. I have nothing to do, either, so I’m spamming your blog. I hope you don’t mind. Hey, at least I’m using proper grammar and spelling! And even punctuation! But even if you do, I will probably keep going before you tell me as such. *pretends that justifies everything*
